Soly Halabi

Founder & President, Soleil Holdings

Soly Halabi is a New York-based real estate investor, developer, manager and operator whose career began in commercial real estate brokerage, where he quickly rose to become one of his firm’s top-performing brokers. During this early stage of his career, he began working on high-profile institutional transactions that brought him into contact with major global investors, including billionaire Carlos Slim.

In 2005, he joined Ralph Gindi to launch the Gindi Group, a New York City development and acquisitions firm focused on luxury residential and mixed-use properties. As Executive Vice President, he oversaw acquisitions, leasing, development, construction and finance.

In 2008, he expanded into institutional real estate by joining Venture Capital Properties, where he partnered with Empire Capital Holdings on approximately $500 million of New York City value-add transactions.

From there, Mr. Halabi continued to build his career as a disciplined principal investor, operator and manager, forming joint ventures across retail, mixed-use, industrial, office, multifamily, condo conversion and hospitality assets. He has been involved in upwards of a billion dollars in transactions across major U.S. markets.

His early achievements led to his recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Real Estate. Today, Mr. Halabi leads Soleil Holdings targeting $10 million to $250 million+ transactions across the United States.
